Hello friends!

Sorry for the temporary lack of blog posts. This past week has been absolutely crazy with work, travel, and racing during a weekend in Sin City.

If you follow me on Twitter (hint hint, perhaps you should!), you’ve probably heard all about how crazy and craptastic of a half marathon race performance I had in Vegas. There are many, many things I attribute this less-than-stellar performance to, which I’m happy to blog about soon for my own sanity.

It took my body a couple days to recover and I’m now finally at a point where I want to run again tonight. I’m almost at the 1K mile mark for the year, so I really want to commit mentally and physically to get there. Woot woot! Finally.
