Chia Runner

I’m totally procrastinating right now before my 15-mile long run. It’s currently 10am and I had really hoped to head out by 9am.

Oh well! I need to digest the serious bfast I had this morning.


Toast with PB, 1/2 a small banana, and topped with chia seeds. Unpictured is a glass of water with chia seeds. That was no joke. The chia seeds turned into little gelatinous balls in the water. Joe thought it looked gross. I took it down like a champ. 🙂

Let’s see if all this chia will benefit me on my run like they supposedly do for other runners and the Tarahumura Tribe!
