Umm… two blog posts on the same morning? Who am I?!
I just needed to rave about the fantastic breakfast I just consumed. As I’m currently sitting on the couch watching my fave, the Food Network, and digesting this breakfast before running 8 miles, I’m still marveling at how great this bfast was.
The actual breakfast is really oatmeal, I swear! It consists of:
Guys, this was SO good! Joe even raved about it.
Do any of you eat oatmeal as your pre-run fuel?
