This is what happened for dinner tonight. 🙂

I know I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again — I’m obsessed with Yumm! Sauce. I’m on my last bottle… just in time to be back in Oregon in a few weeks for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Portland half marathon. And to re-stock on my quart-sized bottles of Yumm.

Tonight’s dinner had a base of leftover Lundberg brown rice. They make the best brown rice ever! You can find it at Costco… while you’re at it, buy a new Zojirushi rice cooker from Amazon here. You’ll thank me later.

On top of the rice was some egg whites, sautéed broccoli, avocado, Yumm! sauce, and Tapatio.

Healthy and delish. 🙂 Now off to find something sweet.
